What kinds of events do you plan?
We plan corporate events, conferences, product launches, weddings and destination weddings, birthday parties and private celebrations, and we provide event production (stage, sound, lighting and show management). See our services for details.
Do you offer full planning or partial support?
Both. Some clients ask us to plan everything from concept to completion; others need help with specific parts such as decor, production or on-the-day coordination. We will recommend the right scope for your event.
Can every element be customised?
Yes. Every proposal is built around your brief, guests, venue and budget rather than fixed packages.
Locations
Where are you based?
Our office is in Koramangala, Bengaluru. We plan and manage events across Bengaluru, Mysore and the rest of Karnataka, Kerala and Goa.
Do you plan destination events?
Yes. We plan destination weddings and destination events in Goa, Kerala and Karnataka, including guest logistics and local coordination.
Do you plan events in Mysore, Kerala and Goa?
Yes. We plan and manage events across Mysore, Kerala and Goa, with our coordination team on site for every event and trusted local suppliers.
Planning and timelines
How far in advance should I contact you?
As early as you can. As a general guide: a few weeks for smaller private parties, six to ten weeks for most corporate events, and six to twelve months for weddings and destination events. If your date is closer, contact us anyway and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
What happens after I send an enquiry?
We review your requirements and get in touch to understand the event in more detail. Then we share an approach and an itemised proposal for you to review.
Will you be present on the event day?
Yes. On-site coordination by our team is part of how we manage events, so hosts can focus on their guests.
Budgets and booking
How much does event management cost?
Cost depends on the type of event, guest count, venue, date, production requirements and level of service. We provide an itemised proposal after understanding your requirements, so you can see exactly what is included.
Can you work with a fixed budget?
Yes. Sharing your budget early helps us recommend where to invest for the most impact, and where to save.
How do I confirm a booking?
Once you are happy with the proposal, we confirm the scope, timelines and payment terms in writing before work begins.
